Rafique Aesthetics is a trading name of Kelly Rafique, operating as a sole trader, and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We operate from Blushed Salon, 9 Croft Road, Neath SA11 1RW. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), reference ZC003304.

We may collect your name and contact details if you contact us by phone or email, or if you enquire about a treatment or product through this website.

Booking your appointment

Appointments are booked through our booking partner, Aesthetic Nurse Software. When you book, the details you provide (such as your name, contact details, and appointment information) are collected directly by Aesthetic Nurse Software, not by this website. How we use your information

We use your details to respond to enquiries you send us (with your consent, given by submitting the enquiry form), and — once you book — to manage that appointment and provide your treatment safely, which we do under our contract with you. Where we have a legal or professional obligation to keep clinical records, we process your information on that basis rather than consent, since that obligation applies regardless of consent.

Sharing your information

We use trusted third-party services to run this website and our booking system, including Vercel (website hosting), Sanity (content management), and Aesthetic Nurse Software (appointment booking). We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep your information

We keep client and clinical records for 8 years from the date of your last treatment with us, in line with standard practice for aesthetic/nursing records, then securely delete them. Enquiry details from people who don't go on to book are kept for a shorter period, only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or ask for your data to be transferred elsewhere. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
